5. Unsure which size to choose?
Before placing an order, please be sure to consult our size chart and take your own body measurements to determine the best fit for you. If your measurements do not align with our standard size chart, we also offer a free custom sizing service; simply provide your detailed measurements in the order notes when placing your order.

6. Do your products look exactly like the pictures?
Most of our products look exactly like the photos shown. All product photos are taken personally by Joyofdress. However, due to the rapid turnover of materials in the fabric market, there may be slight variations in the fabric itself between different production batches. Consequently, we cannot always guarantee that the physical dress will be 100% identical to the promotional images.

Furthermore, due to differences in display settings across various monitors, the color of the same dress may appear differently on different screens. Therefore, the actual color of the dress may exhibit slight color variations compared to the images. This is an objective circumstance that cannot be entirely avoided, and we appreciate your understanding.

7. What is the quality of your products?
Compared to our competitors in the same category, our product quality is highly reliable. We would never compromise on quality by using cheap, inferior fabrics just to offer lower prices. Our products are positioned to cater to customers who prioritize excellent value for money, rather than those seeking extremely high-end, luxury goods.

8. When will I receive my order? Some items are currently in stock; please allow approximately 3 to 5 days for us to process your order before it is ready for shipment.
Other items are produced on a "made-to-order" basis. Typically, the production time for a dress is about 10 to 15 days. The specific delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method, as well as the design style and the complexity of the craftsmanship involved in the dress. Some dress styles feature relatively simple construction and therefore require less time to produce, while others with more intricate designs require additional time to complete. If you are on a tight schedule, you may opt for our "Rush Order" service. Additionally, we highly recommend contacting our customer service team (contact@joyofdress.com) to confirm whether there is sufficient time to ensure you receive your item by your desired date. We are committed to handling every customer's order with the utmost care.

9. How do I modify an order I have already submitted?
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will confirm the selected color, size, and event date associated with your order. If you need to change the size a few days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team (contact@joyofdress.com) as soon as possible to determine if such a modification is still feasible.

10. How do I return an item I have already received?
Return Policy:
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that you consult our "Size Chart" and "Measurement Guide" to ensure you select the correct size and color. The sizing for all our dresses strictly adheres to the standards outlined in our size chart. Please do not waste your valuable time dealing with returns. If our standard sizes do not fit you, you may also opt for our "Custom Sizing" service, which is provided completely free of charge.
1) Upon receiving your item, please inspect it immediately. Please try on the item as soon as possible, ensuring that you do not remove any hang tags, nor make any alterations or perform any washing.
If our product suffers from quality defects, please contact our customer service team within 3 days* of the order delivery date. If you wish to initiate a return, you must provide your Order Number and include a written explanation—accompanied by photographs—clearly demonstrating the specific reason for the return.

Note: We will not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged. We have established a 3-day return window, a timeframe we consider sufficient for you to thoroughly inspect and verify the quality and workmanship of the items.
Furthermore, we do not accept "return-after-try-on" scenarios (specifically, we do not accept orders where a customer purchases two, three, or more items solely for the purpose of trying them on, ultimately keeping only one while returning all the others).

2) Once our customer service team has approved your return request, please ship the items back to us as soon as possible. Concurrently, please provide us with the following shipping details via email:
a) A photograph of the return package;
b) The shipping tracking number;
Note: All returned items must remain in brand-new, unused condition, retaining all original tags, packaging, and accessories; the items must be free of any perfume scents. Failure to meet these conditions will prevent us from processing your refund.
