Why am I not receiving emails from Joyofdress.com?

Unsure which size to choose?
Before placing your order, please be sure to consult our size chart and take your own body measurements to determine the size that fits you best, thereby ensuring that the dress you purchase is the correct fit. If your measurements do not align with our standard size chart, we also offer a complimentary custom sizing service; simply provide your detailed measurements in the notes section when placing your order. Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to verify the dress size and color details once again.
Do your products look exactly like the pictures?
Most of our products correspond exactly to their accompanying photographs. All product images are personally taken by Joyofdress. However, due to the rapid pace of product and fabric innovation within the textile market—and the fact that different production batches of the same fabric may vary—we cannot always guarantee that a dress will be absolutely identical to the promotional image.
Furthermore, due to variations in display screens, the color of a single dress may appear differently on different monitors. Consequently, some dresses may exhibit slight color discrepancies; this is unavoidable, and we appreciate your understanding.
What is the quality of your products?
Compared to competitors in the same category, we possess our own manufacturing facilities, ensuring highly reliable product quality. We would never compromise on quality by utilizing cheap, inferior fabrics merely to drive down prices, nor would we ever cut corners in production in a way that might negatively impact the quality of our dresses or the customer experience. Our product positioning is designed to serve customers who prioritize exceptional value for money, rather than consumers seeking ultra-high-end, luxury goods.
When will I receive my order?
Some items are currently in stock; please allow approximately 3 to 5 days for us to process your order before it is ready for shipment.
Other items are produced on a "made-to-order" basis. Typically, the production time for a dress is about 10 to 15 days. The specific delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method, as well as the design style and the complexity of the craftsmanship involved in the dress. Some dress styles feature relatively simple construction and therefore require less time to produce, while others with more intricate designs require additional time to complete. If you are on a tight schedule, you may opt for our "Rush Order" service.
Additionally, we highly recommend contacting our customer service team (contact@joyofdress.com) to confirm whether there is sufficient time to ensure you receive your item by your desired date. We are committed to handling every customer's order with the utmost care.
How do I modify an order I have already submitted?
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will confirm the color, size, and event date for the items you have ordered. Therefore, please ensure that the email address you enter when placing your order is accurate and active. If you need to change the size of your order several days after placing it, please contact our customer service team (contact@joyofdress.com) as soon as possible to confirm whether the modification can be made.
How do I return an item I have already received?
We hope you don't have to! Check our Size Chart before ordering — custom sizing is free if standard sizes don't work.If you must return:
- Inspect immediately — try it on, but keep tags on. Don't wash, alter, or perfume it.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your Order Number, explanation, and photos. We don't accept used/damaged items or "buy multiple to try" returns.
- Ship it back once approved. Email us a photo of the package + tracking number.
- We process your refund when it reaches our warehouse. Return shipping is on you.
