Europe's orders may incur customs/ import fees. These duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country of destination. These fees will be based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for the products imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer receiving their goods, and these fees are required at the time of delivery.

Our shipping service is fast and reliable. Allow 7-15 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once posted. However, In the case that you do not love your formal gown, we are happy to refund your dress subject to the following refund guidelines. 

Return: 

Which products cannot be returned or refunded?

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags. Dresses that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Custom dresses cannot be returned
    (1) If you choose a custom color or custom size when purchasing a dress, the dress cannot be returned

    (2) Any changes to the style or fabric of the dress as requested by the customer cannot be returned

  （3）Clearance and special items
We do not accept any items that are returned without communicating with the website customer service staff.

If you would like to return your order, please contact our customer service (contact@joyofdress.com) within 7 business days（(including weekends and holidays) ） once you get it. 

1) After you receive your item, please check it the right way, and try it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of your order's delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs or videos to show the reason for the return.

PS: We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have a 7-day requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well-made.

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also, email us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).

PS: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused with original tags and packaging, and without any perfume. Or we can not refund.

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

PS: Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.

Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was canceled will be refused - no exceptions.
We do not have try-on situation returns. As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Please double-check your order before we process your order.

Custom dresses are made specifically for the color and style you provide. That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom dresses. Please double-check your order details before ordering.

We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we don't keep these items in stock.

TEP 1:
Joyofdress must be notified of the reasoning for your return via email: contact@joyofdress.com 7 days of receiving your garment. Photos or documents must include to show the dress issue.

STEP 2:
Once Joyofdress agrees to the return, you will receive a returns form, which is to be filled out and enclosed with the returned garment. Returned items will not be accepted without a completed returns form.

STEP 3:
Return your gown and completed returns form to Joyofdress via trackable shipping method.


GARMENT CHECKLIST:

• All tags and hanging ribbon must be in place
• Item must not have been worn

• Item must not be marked with make up, dirt, or spray tan

Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge the significance of ordering a dress for your special occasion, and we have designed our cancellation policy with utmost consideration. We want you to be aware that the majority of our dresses are made-to-order, and once the production process has commenced, the materials cannot be repurposed. Nevertheless, we have some positive news to share – there is still a window of opportunity to change your decision after you've placed your order. For specific information, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancel the order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

Cancellation of order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

Order cancellation 72-120 hours after payment: 40% refund + shipping fee.

Order cancellation > 120 hours after payment: Only shipping fee refund.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service to proceed.
